How the AI assessment works
During the assessment, you’ll be guided to record a short video of your device. Our system evaluates the exterior condition, screen quality, and physical integrity. This helps us generate a more precise valuation than manual selection alone.
What devices are supported?
The AI assessment supports most modern smartphones, tablets, and laptops. If your device is not recognized or the camera assessment fails, you can always switch to the manual device details option.
Your privacy matters
Videos are analyzed securely and used only for valuation purposes. We do not store personal data from your device and never access its internal contents.
